Procedure
1. Your objectives are defined
All details, such as layouts, design, budget and timeframe, will be discussed. You are welcome to bring along photos and other visual material to help illustrate your ideas. Ideally, this meeting should take place on site so that the architectural conditions can be
incorporated into the planning.
2. Project preparation
Depending on the project, I organise meetings with tradespeople, suppliers and other specialist firms to obtain quotes. Where necessary, we visit showrooms to select designs, colours and materials, as well as kitchen, bathroom and lighting fixtures.
At the same time, we work together to define the schedule and budget.
3. Smooth, efficient project management within your budget and timeframe
My team and I organise and oversee the entire renovation process, ensuring that materials are ordered on time and that the budget and schedule are adhered to. By closely monitoring the work on site, we prevent mistakes and, where necessary, identify and implement solutions to any problems that arise. You benefit from having a single, dedicated point of contact, ensuring a constant flow of information.
